Public Policy Institute prepares as a co-organizer a panel discussion titled “European values and the environment: the role of media in environmental education and the promotion of European values.” The Panel will be held in Belgrade, on 5th June 2015, 12:30 – 13:30, in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, Terazije 23, in Great Hall on 2nd floor.
The Panel is being held as a part of 11th regional conference “Environment for Europe” EnE15-ENV.net that is traditionally organized by professional association Environmental Ambassadors for Sustainable Development and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia. The Conference is an event within the framework of UNEP World Environment Day and it’s incorporated in official events of European Sustainable Development Week.
Experts from the field of environmental protection, representatives of governmental and NGO sectors, along with representatives of media will take part in the Panel. As an introduction, a presentation about environment presence in media by Media archive “Ebart” will be screened. Representative of the Public Policy Institute will be Anđelka Mihajlov. Moderator of the Panel is journalist Milica Momčilović.
